What is this?
Gnomaws is theme package for Sylpheed Claws based on Gnome icons made by Jakub Steiner. There is official README for Gnomaws.
Why Gnomaws?
I was not satisfied with existing icon themes for Sylpheed Claws in the last quarter of 2004, and my previous icon theme SylZilla started to bore me, so I realized that I needed new, nice and clean theme. So, I found that jimmac's Gnome icons are cool and they can be adopted for Claws.
Then I on september 6, 2004 beggin with adapting jimmac's icons and name it Gnomaws, as parts of names Gnome and Claws.
Who's author?
Author is Aleksandar Urošević who also created theme SylZilla.
And, how does this looks like?
U can see how Gnomaws looks in early stage of development (0.1pre) in this screenshot, or you can look at toolbars and mailbox tree on the bottom of this page. Screens bellow are in Serbian Cyrillic.
Hmm... I think that I already saw this somewhere...
That's half true. In facts, Ciprian Popovici made Gnomeria, and Lars Strojny made Sylpholution, Sylpheed Claws themes based on Evolution and Gnome icons. But, I'm not so satisfied with some parts of them, so I continued with building my own theme.

This nice Sylpheed Claws icon was made by Jeasper Schultz. This is a default Sylpheed-Claws icon and logo.
